II. General Provisions

These general terms and conditions for travel arrangements are an integral part of the contract or voucher issued by ZEST TRAVEL d.o.o., Veliki Otok 44b, 6230 Postojna, Slovenia, VAT ID SI47404655 (hereinafter “ZEST TRAVEL”) or an authorized agency and the traveler registering for a specific travel arrangement. By signing the contract, the traveler acknowledges and irrevocably agrees to these general terms and conditions.

II. Registration and Payment

Travelers can register for a travel arrangement at a ZEST TRAVEL office, via phone numbers or email addresses listed on the website www.zestravel.com, in the offer itself, or through an authorized travel agency. Upon registration, the traveler pays 30% of the arrangement price and registration fees, with the remaining amount due at least 8 days before the start of the trip, unless otherwise stated in the program.

III. Right to Cancel the Trip

Cancellation Periods and Costs:

o Up to 60 days before departure: ZEST TRAVEL retains 20% of the arrangement price.
o From 59 to 30 days before departure: ZEST TRAVEL retains 30% of the arrangement price.
o From 29 to 21 days before departure: ZEST TRAVEL retains 50% of the arrangement price.
o From 20 to 8 days before departure: ZEST TRAVEL retains 70% of the arrangement price.
o Less than 8 days before departure or if the traveler does not show up: ZEST TRAVEL retains the full price, i.e., 100% of the arrangement price.

If the traveler opts for travel cancellation insurance at the time of booking, cancellation fees may be covered for reasons such as serious illness, death, or severe injury, according to the insurance company’s terms.

IV. Change of Package Travel

The traveler can change their reservation to another traveler if administratively feasible, but must notify the agency no later than 8 days before the start of the trip. Such a change incurs an administrative fee of €30. Changes less than 8 days before departure are not possible or are at the discretion of the agency and subject to individual confidential agreements with the client.

V. Right to Change the Program

ZEST TRAVEL reserves the right to change the program due to force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the traveler has no right to a refund or compensation unless ZEST TRAVEL is responsible.

VI. Dispute Resolution

For any disputes arising from these general terms and conditions, the competent court is the Court of the Republic of Slovenia in the location where ZEST TRAVEL has its headquarters.
