Since July 2013, we have had the privilege to unveil the underwater marvels of Pianosa Island, previously off-limits for about fifty years due to its correctional facility.
Describing the wonders of Pianosa is challenging: an untouched coral reef, schools of barracuda, corvinas, groupers, snappers, various bream species, sea eagles, and stingrays await—essentially an underwater amusement park. Marina di Campo stands as the most convenient gateway to Pianosa, a mere 9-mile voyage to access five spectacular dive sites.
Conclude your stay with breakfast and check-out. (Ferry service to/from Piombino available upon request). Thank you and farewell!
