A cultural and culinary journey through southern Spain, highlighting iconic cities, historic sites, traditional gastronomy, flamenco, and unique local experiences in charming villages.

Day 1: Seville –The Flamenco Magic

Arrival in Seville and transfer to Hotel Las Casas del Rey de Baeza 4*.
Lunch with wine pairing at the hotel and panoramic city tour, including the Cathedral and the Royal Alcázars.
Flamenco tablao night with dinner at Palacio Andaluz.

Day 2:Seville –Córdoba –Jerez –The Aroma of Wine

Journey to Córdoba to explore the Palace of Viana and its famous courtyards, followed by the majestic Mosque-Cathedral.
Lunch at Puerta de Sevilla restaurant. Winery tour and wine tasting at Bodegas Alvear in Montilla.
Arrival in Jerez for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Jerez –Cádiz –The Taste of the Sea

Equestrian performance at the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art. Visit to González Byass wineries.
Afternoon in Cádiz with a tour of its historic center. Dinner of “pescaito frito” at El Faro restaurant.

Day 4: Jerez –The Millenary Tuna Route

A unique experience at the Álvaro Domecq Dehesa, observing fighting bulls and a dressage exhibition. Lunch and visit to the Tuna Museum in Barbate. Visit to Vejer de la Frontera, one of the most beautiful villages in Spain.

Day 5: Jerez –White Villages –Málaga

Departure to Arcos de la Frontera and the fascinating White Villages route, including Setenil de las Bodegas. Lunch in Ronda, the natural fortress, and continuation to Málaga. Dinner at the classic El Pimpi or new alternatives in La Malagueta.

Day 6: Málaga –Marbella and Puerto Banús

Discovery of vibrant Málaga, including the Alcazaba and Cathedral. Afternoon to explore cosmopolitan Marbella and dinner in Puerto Banús.

Day 7: Málaga –Granada –The Essence of Al-Andalus

Visit to the majestic Alhambra and Generalife, followed by a walk through the Albaicín neighborhood. Lunch with delicacies from the Alpujarra and free time to stroll through the historic center.

Day 8: Málaga –End of the Experience

Breakfast and conclusion of this sensory journey.
