DAY 1: ARRIVAL TO ZAGREB

DAY 2: ZAGREB – MARIJA BISTRICA

Breakfast at the hotel. Embark on a morning sightseeing tour through the historic Upper Town. Explore landmarks such as St. Mark’s Church, St. Catherine’s Church, Zagreb Cathedral, the Parliament, and the Government Palace. Following the tour, journey to Marija Bistrica, the sanctuary of the Mother of God, Queen of Croatia, adorned with Papal crowns. This revered site serves as the national Croatian Shrine, offering prayer opportunities such as the Stations of the Cross.

DAY 3: MARIJA BISTRICA – LJUBLJANA – BLED

Begin the day with breakfast at the hotel
Travel to Ptujska gora, a renowned pilgrimage destination, to visit its gothic church. Proceed to Ljubljana, Slovenia’s capital.
Explore Ljubljana during a sightseeing tour, observing attractions like the open-air Market, Baroque Town Hall, Robba’s Fountain, the Three Bridges, and the Parliament. Visit Ljubljana Cathedral before continuing to the picturesque Alpine resort town of Bled.

DAY 4: BLED – BREZJE – BLED

Delve into a sightseeing tour of Bled, discovering its charming lakeside town and the majestic Bled Castle perched high above the lake. Take a pletna boat ride to Bled Island and visit St. Mary’s Church, showcasing a collection of religious art. Later, journey to the Shrine of Our Lady of Perpetual Succor in Brezje, Slovenia’s primary pilgrimage site, to witness the renowned painting of Our Lady of Brezje, the country’s Patron Saint.

DAY 5: BLED – POSTOJNA – OPATIJA

Travel to Postojna to explore one of Europe’s largest caves, experiencing its subterranean wonders via a miniature electric train. Continue your journey along the picturesque Kvarner Bay coastline to the popular resort town of Opatija.

DAY 6 OPATIJA – PLITVICE LAKES

DAY 7 PLITVICE LAKES – ZADAR – TROGIR – SOLIN

Journey to Zadar, the Adriatic’s oldest Slavic city. Engage in an orientation tour, exploring remnants of the Roman Forum, the Cathedral, and St. Donat Church.
Continue to Trogir, a hub of artistic endeavors, and visit Trogir Cathedral before concluding the day in Solin. Dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 8 SOLIN – SPLIT – MEDJUGORJE

Start the day with breakfast at the hotel
Visit Our Lady of Sinj in Sinj, a historic spiritual center in Croatia housing the miraculous icon of the Virgin Mary. Upon reaching Split, partake in a city tour highlighting the ancient inner city, centered around Roman Emperor Diocletian’s Palace, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. Explore remnants of Split’s Roman, Renaissance, and Gothic architecture, including Jupiter’s Temple, the Peristyle, and the Cathedral.
Continue your journey to Medjugorje, arriving in the late afternoon.

DAY 9 – MEDJUGORJE

Join fellow pilgrims in prayer at St. James Church or ascend Apparition Hill, where the visionaries first encountered Our Lady. Reflect and offer prayers at the cross commemorating Mary’s initial apparition.

DAY 10 – MEDJUGORJE – MOSTAR – DUBROVNIK

Begin the day with breakfast at the hotel. Spend the morning in personal reflection and prayer in Medjugorje.
Continue your journey to Mostar, where you will witness the Turkish quarter’s remnants and the ongoing reconstruction of the 16th-century stone bridge. Traverse the Neretva River gorge en route to Dubrovnik. Dinner and overnight stay

DAY 11 – DUBROVNIK

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Embark on a walking tour of “Old Dubrovnik,” exploring landmarks such as the Rector’s Palace, Bell Tower Clock, Orlando’s Column, the Sponza Palace, the Dominican Monastery, Dubrovnik Cathedral, and the Franciscan Monastery with its ancient Pharmacy. The remainder of the day is at leisure. Farewell dinner and overnight stay

DAY 12 – DEPART DUBROVNIK

Have breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Dubrovnik airport for departure.
