• 12.00 – 12.30: The cruise captain and staff will welcome you on board after a short tender transfer. While enjoying a refreshing welcome drink, a short cruise briefing and safety instructions will be given.
• 12.30 – 13.00: Cruise voyages to Ha Long Bay – one of the New Seven Nature Wonders of the World. Lunch is served on board while the cruise passes via amazing limestone karst formations that rise out of the sea impressively.
• 14.00 – 14.30: You will leave the cruise to explore Sung Sot Cave (also known as Surprise/ Amazing Cave), one of the biggest and most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay.
• 15.00: Returning to Cruise, the trip will continue to Ti Top Island. Here, you can watch the magnificent view over the Gulf of Tonkin or swim in the emerald green and cool water.
• 17.00: After a long day, this is the ideal time to enjoy energizing drinks and snacks by joining ‘Happy Hour’ or a Cooking Class on the sundeck

• 06.15 – 07.00: Breakfast is served. It can be a great idea to enjoy the meal with the magnificent view of the sunrise in Ha Long Bay.
• 8.00 – 9.30: The cruise gets closer to the center of the Natural Preservation Area. Join our guide on a short trip to Luon Cave. This magical work of nature shows you the formation of the karst mountains. You can discover this masterpiece by kayaking on your own. If you are lucky, you can catch great photos of mischievous monkeys jigging up and down around the cliffs.
• 10.00: While cruising back, a delightful brunch will be served.
• 11.35: We return to the quayside in the south of the bay, where our visitors disembark in Tuan Chau Marina. Leave for Hanoi.

In the afternoon, take the trip to visit Independence Palace, also known as the Reunification Palace, which was built on the site of the former Norodom Palace. The Independence Palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Breakfast at the hotel. At 8.30 AM, you will be picked up and travel past miles of flat rice fields along a bustling road to the Mekong Delta, the world’s largest delta and Vietnam’s largest rice bowl.
On arrival in My Tho City, board a motorboat and navigate through intricate canals while observing the local daily life up close as well as the landscape of waterways and lush islands. Land on Thoi Son Island, where you can listen to traditional Southern music performed by native artists. Next, you will change to a paddle boat to cruise through the narrow canals and visit households with traditional occupations of home-based coconut candy and rice-wine making. Breakfast at the hotel. At 8.30 AM, the trip to Cu Chi Tunnels will take you an approximately one-and-a-half-hour bus drive. Before exploring the tunnels, you will watch an introductory video about how the tunnels were made and how Vietnamese people survived in the harsh conditions of wartime. Then, spend your time exploring the remaining areas and tunnel system, which include special living areas with kitchens and bedrooms side by side with other martial factories like weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purposes during the war. Afterwards, special tea and cassava (the guerrillas’ food during the war) will be served. Break time.

This morning’s temple excursion starts by entering the South Gate of Angkor Thom Temple and marveling at the wonders of the eerie Bayon, Baphoun, Phimeanakas, the Elephants terrace, and the terrace of Leper King. Unlike most of the other Angkor temples, the photogenic and atmospheric combination of trees growing out of the ruins and the jungle surroundings have made it one of Angkor’s most popular temples with visitors. After breakfast, you will first visit the Royal Palace Museum, which was built in 1904 during the French colonial era for King Sisavang Vong and his family. We then embark on a leisure cruise upstream on the Mekong River, which also gives us a breathtaking view of the tranquil countryside, before reaching the mysterious Pak Ou Caves, two linked caves scrambled with thousands of gold-lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes left by pilgrims. Along the way, we stop at the village of Ban Xanghai, where they make the local rice wine. On arrival back in the city, we will visit the old Wat Seneand the magnificent Wat Xiengthonga, a superb piece of Lao temple architecture, which presents a sweeping two-tiered roof and ornate mosaics, including a beautiful ‘tree of life ‘glass montage on the rear temple wall. Next, we will visit Heuan Chan, a 19th-century aristocratic mansion that offers a glimpse into Lao culture through traditional ceremonies, textiles, and family life. This restored mansion stands as a testament to Lao heritage, featuring enriching exhibitions and a documentary on Laos’ customs.
After the visit, we’ll have the opportunity to taste authentic Lao coffee or tea, providing a true taste of Laos. In the late afternoon, we will make a stop at Wat Prabath to admire the sunset; this is the ideal place to catch the last beauty of the day. The tour ends after a visit to the famous Night Market, where you can find a lovely collection of handmade textiles made by local and hilltribe people surrounding Luang Prabang. After breakfast at the hotel, we ascend the 329 steps to the top of Phousi Hill for a panoramic view of the city and the Mekong River. Then transfer directly to the beautiful Kuang Si, which is the biggest waterfall in the Luang Prabang area with three tiers leading to a 50-metre drop into spectacular azure pools before flowing downstream. The pools also make great swimming holes and are very popular with both tourists and locals.
On the way back to Luang Prabang, we will take a short visit to the Ock Pop Tock Living Craft Center, set serenely close to the Mekong. This beautiful, traditionally styled workshop, where weavers, spinners, and batik makers produce top-quality fabrics, offers free tours every half-hour. This is also one of the best spots to admire the sunset in Luang Prabang.

In the morning, we will first visit Wat Si Muang, which is very famous for its supernatural powers. After that, drive to Buddha Park, which takes around 45 minutes. Also known as Xieng Khuan, this unusual park is filled with over 200 Buddhist and Hindu statues.
Returning to town, visit COPE, an association working to help landmine victims. A visit to the center provides in-depth information about the history of the American/Vietnam war and the lasting impact of unexploded ordinances (UXO) in the area and the efforts underway to clear them.
Start the afternoon with a visit to That Luang, the holiest site in Laos. Constructed by King Suthanthiran in the 16th century, the temple is resplendent as the sun shines upon its towering golden spire. Then, enjoy a panoramic view over the city as you climb the stairs to the top of Patuxay, Vientiane’s own “Arc de Triomphe”. Continue down Lane Xang Avenue to the serene Wat Sisaket, the only temple left intact after the Siamese (Thai) invasion in 1828.
Continue to the nearby Wat Phra Keo. Used as a religious museum, Wat Phra Keo displays a collection of both Lao and Khmer works of art. End your tour of the capital along the banks of the Mekong River as the sun begins to set.
